My stay at the Palazzo had its ups and downs. The luxurious amenities and spacious suite offered a great experience, though the cleanliness and air quality left something to be desired. While the dining options were varied, some items fell short of expectations. Overall, it's a lavish hotel that might benefit from more attention to detail in housekeeping.
